    Cherries and red grapes are also anti-aging. Yeay! I love fresh fruit.

    Hi Souldipper. Thanks for the visit. Yeah I love cherries and red grapes too, along with most other fruits. 🙂 It is good to know that some are anti-aging as well. So I guess we will get a bonus 🙂

    Hi Janet. I appreciate your visit today. You don’t have to eat all eight fruits in one day. Change it up some. Maybe the three you eat today, you wont eat them tomorrow because you will select 3 different fruits to eat. Rotate them all back and forth so you can consume all 8 fruit regularly.

    I’ve always enjoyed fruits especially bananas. I’ve started adding some new ones, and I’ve noticed that drinking water with lemons and adding frozen cherries to smoothies has been helping me to feel a lot better. Nice to see the healing properties of the foods in one place.
